You can access the same menu two different ways:
While you have a PS2 game running that's struggling - swipe from the left edge of the screen to the right to bring up the AetherSX in-game overlay menu.
Find the icon that looks like the letter i in a circle. Click that, go to "General Settings", then click on either "Set Fast Settings" or "Set Optimal Settings". See if either of those gets your game to a playable state. You can disable these under that same "General Settings" menu by clicking the entry labeled "Clear Settings" (that will restore it to the settings you had prior to enabling Fast or Optimal).
Or... While you're in the main AetherSX2 menu with the list of games, tap and hold down on the game you want to configure, until a small menu will pop up. Go to "Game Properties". You can then access the circled "i" menu and then go through the steps above. Worth a shot for some tougher to run games and you can customize the other settings in the emulator a bit further.

I'd recommend the rubber cover that goes around it (can buy from other vendors on AliExpress). It's much easier to hold and it's survived a couple of falls...probably because of the cover.

Correction. I was able to get $129.22 after removing from the cart, adding again and applying the second code KATE25.
