I think it is 8mm barrel. It's the same as the old school companies like goal zero, but different than the XT60 of most of the newer companies. They can be adapted, but I have a bunch of EcoFlow, so I like the XT60.

There are a LOT of fake Jackery products out there. I've reported multiple fake websites to them. Very likely some of those come from bad imitation products.

It's only anecdotal, but I've been using their products for several years now with no problems.

I do agree that proprietary solar connectors are a pain though and need to go away.

This makes a $800 paperweight when it breaks and the company doesn't respond once Amazon is sold this to you and your 30 days are up you can flush $800 right down the toilet

Yes. Max power draw on a pump would be 1,500W, This can output 2,200W.
