No.
It's some no name 3rd party seller (looks like "License Tom LLC") giving a cut to the marketplace (ie Groupon this time. next post will be StackSocial, or woot, or whoever) who gives a cut to SD to sell you effectively pirated software at a big markup.
It's grey market, ie resold unauthorized volume license keys. might work forever. might get yanked tomorrow. you don't really "own" a license if you buy this.
pirate white knights will argue MS knows and doesn't shut this down. not really sure how that makes it ok. but sure.
if you want to buy unauthorized keys you can find it cheaper elsewhere. if you want to actually pay for your software you need a legit retailer and it will cost more.

Does Professional Plus come with the standard office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..?
Does not appear to have Outlook.
Edit: To get Outlook, you need Office Home & Business 2024, according to Microsoft's website.
Edit 2: The retailer where I bought my MS Office 2021 Pro Plus years ago has Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus which includes all the apps just like my 2021 version. The Groupon listing is confusing.

Basically, it tells you to completely uninstall Office on your existing computer, then click their link (https://licensetom.com/download-office-2024/) to download Office 2024. You download a disc image file. Then they say to install Virtual DVD player software.
I am going to try to download Office 2024 directly from Microsoft and then try to use the license code I got from the Groupon.

License Tom is legit, it's on Microsoft distributor page, where license tom official site was linked, which is also the site to get the activation code. I bought it before.

How long after the purchase they sent you the instructions e-mail? I haven't received one yet.
