Compared the new stock to my older ones, you can see a huge difference in quality and materials. It is no different than other cheap socks, besides the Puma logo of course π .
This puma is slippery when running and playing tennis that you feel inside the shoe. I'm talking of a very slight slip inside between the foot and sole due to the material of it which does impact stability when playing intensive sport.
Adidas don't slip, I think it has a small amount of cotton.
As I'm using the sock for everyday activity and sports, I always go with adidas instead of this puma.
Both do wear out after a year or two. But that is normal considering intense movement that causes the wear.

Go to Costco or Sam's if you want same everywhere these are not healthiest option or cheap.
