If I was dealing with kids, the PS5 is an easier option. The advantages it's a full PC but that require someone will need to maintain it. Sony 1st party games come out on PS5 first, then released a year or two after on PC. There aren't many games you can't get on PC. You'll probably need controllers too raising the cost of this.
This might not be the exact item but seems to match up with the specs. More pictures. I bought one! looks look a pretty good deal. Thanks OP!

Probably at the moment. It depends on high end/low end, etc. Likely good enough in this PC although I think the 4060 GPU has been out for what seems like forever at this point.
