Good price for a large monitor but 1080 is way too pixelated on a 27" monitor.

I read somewhere that 2025 will be the last year for the VGA port (on motherboards) but now I cant find it. I wish these had DP & HDMI ports instead.

I just downgraded from a 1560 to 1080p and I don't think there's a drastic difference in pixelation, I hardly notice it. It's easier on your GPU too.

I've had this monitor for years. Tried and true, but the the color is very washed. Good for work. Super budget for gaming. Great second monitor.

I disagree. This is what I have for work

And it works great. No problems with resolution when working with spread sheets and other basic functions. I even plugged my ps5 in to it and played fine, it was noticeable difference but it was ok

Also good for people with degrading eyesight. It's all blurry to me anyways...

From Post, it seems like it has 1 HDMI!

Honestly that would be pretty awful if you need a more rectangular working environment. Splitting a 27" screen in half would basically be two squares and at least for my use (running Microsoft office and heavy use of websites) it would be not be enjoyable.

Unless you are talking about running a dual 27" monitor setup, in which case it's awesome.
