This looks like a fairly safe gamble on a pretty good mid-range gaming laptop. The CPU is powerful, but not very energy efficient. Intel had issues with the 13XXHX CPUs that should have been fixed with a bios update. If you get this laptop be sure to check for an up to date bios.
The 4060 RTX does not list a power spec, but the overall power to the system is 330W which usually comes with a 115-120W GPU power budget. If anyone knows the wattage of the GPU let us know in the comments.
The screen should be good and responsive (3ms for 165Hz screen or 1ms for 340Hz screen) for gaming with average brightness of 300 nits. Not great for bright environments, but fine for most uses. The 4060 should drive FHD gaming at very nice frame rates provided it gets enough watts.
It looks like free returns for 30 days, so be sure to stress test the CPU and GPU to make sure that they are working at full capacity before the return date is up if you order this. Otherwise this looks like a pretty slick deal on a mid-range FHD gaming laptop.
