Their listing still says "Quest 3/S". I have an aliexpress version of it and it works with mine Quest 3 though I have 3rd party handles attached. I do agree though that if you have a 3 or 3S you should skip though generally unless you're fine with the controllers sitting next to the headset. You don't have to use those arms for them (they're a separate piece).

Could you hang the wrist strap from the handle hangers? Or would the wrist strap be too long? We have a Q3

The wrist strap (lanyard style you mean right?) would be too long. The little arms are only maybe 4 inches from the shelf they're on. This was designed for the v1 and v2 Quest headsets.

Yes the lanyard wrist straps were was I was referring to. Thanks for the heads up!

I just got this for $15 last week. I have a quest 3, Bobo headstrap, and active straps for my controllers. The stand works fine for my quest with Bobo headstrap, the controller are not perfect. It im able to hang them by the active strap.
