For the curbside delivery, will they at least bring the boxes inside the house for me? Will I be able to tilt and wheel the chair on hardwood floor and carpet to another room myself? Thank you.

Can you tell me why the Signature is better for taller people?

I tried to compare aSL track length, max leg extension length, etc of Signature vs Encore vs Vera (Costco), and I can't find anything concrete that indicates which one might be better suited for longer torso/legs.

If shoulder, foot massage are a priority, which chair would you recommend? We are about 5'11" and 5'5". What features would be important for a palm/fingers massage? I prefer a stronger kneading massage.

4D doesn't increase intensity of the massage, The max intensity is whatever the massage chair can provide. Whether that is enough is a personal preference.

4D lets you change the levels of intensity and spacing of the rollers. It has nothing to do with maximum level of intensity.
