Hello,
Does the Osaki Pro Encore have arm rests or any other parts that come off easily to make it easier to get through doors in narrow hallways? It fits in the room but I'm worried about clearing a corner
Hi Tim, I believe we talked over the chat. There is no actual guide, but I sent you some pointers

Been using the chair on auto because I can't figure out how to adjust the force to 1 and make it stay there. How do you make sure the force is just at 1 when using this chair? Which function allows you to do that? I tried manual but still no luck. Thanks.

Curious to know your overall experience so far with the chair and if it's worth the investment? I'm torn between this vs the Titan 3d chairs.

Is there no more option for white glove delivery? I want to get it for my mother in law who lives in condo and she is 75 years old so she needs white glove
Do yourself a favor and buy from Costco/BJs. Some of their chairs include white glove service, but more importantly, will do the same type of pick up should you run into issues with the chair. Hard to say Osaki or Clearance Chair will be as accommodating once you're out of the warranty or return period. If you don't believe me, read some member comments on past threads. You're going to thank yourself for going this route for your mother if something happens!

I'll help you both out
Edit: They said they would send new legs section, but went silent since then. Not the way to treat customers.

Simple answer - on auto, I don't believe you can control force. On manual though, you can enter a mode (for instance, my favorite mode below), and then press MENU and hit the 4d button near the bottom of your controller, you will see the line grow as you press the button, indicating larger force.
Experience with chair: I've tried more expensive ones in the store, they don't have anything extra worth the money. This chair is likely worth it. My calf pressure bags were dead on arrival though when this was shipped to me last month, and OsakiTitan support (the website you would be buying this from via the slickdeals link) told me to "check the air hose inside the char" like I'm a mechanic and going to spend 20 hours taking apart a $2,000 chair I just bought, sending me no instructional video or anything, then literally stopped emailing me when I asked for more instructions than just that sentence they sent me. So ya.. there's that? I mainly care about the back massage. And this thing's 4D setting allows you to push the rollers further into your back. So as a 160lb guy, relatively very fit, this thing is amazing. I haven't used my Theragun Pro since buying this. So that may tell you something.
Spent nearly 30 hours in this char and this is by far the BEST feeling setting. Press these buttons in literal order:
Power
Down to manual
Ok
Right
Sync
Ok
Menu
Down to manual
Ok
Down to speed
Right
Down to 6
Ok
Menu
Physically lift your finger and press the physical "4D" button near the bottom of the control to your desired setting (you can click it like 4 times for 4 different intensity levels)
Menu
Down to manual
Down to Part
Right
Scroll to "Point" and click OK. then press up and down adjust arrows on top right of remote to make the rollers move up and down your back, or let go to let it sit on your neck/etc.
And also adjust your chair to lay down backwards

If I were to buy this again, I likely would go through costco. I don't like the experience I had with this seller. You don't ship broken shit then leave the customer screwed. This is bad business.

Per previous comment on page 6

"Email - [email protected] | she will send the invoice for WhiteGlove fee $250.

We removed it because sometimes, there could be a surcharge if they need a thirdman, remote area, house is too narrow. attempt fee, redelivery fee or storage fee. This is not all the time, and its case by case. But if you do email her, with your order number, she will help setup."

I am assuming to get it repaired/serviced you've to ship it back and pay for it? I think the tax free benefit plus price is great and given Costco is almost $1k more expensive, I might give this company a try!

Tax included is not tax free. And if they would have told me it arrived 30% broken, I'd hope for more than $1,000 cheaper of a chair, given I'm not even sure how long the rest of the chair will last now. And, this is only $500 off other websites selling it right now, as others have pointed out in this thread. This chair is no longer sold at costco (it was I think 3-4 years ago). So you can't determine price parity, other than what it is being sold for now by other sellers ($500 more). Not sure if this company sold me used equipment which was broken which is why it was dead on arrival, but it would make sense given these chairs are 3-4 years old. Costco wouldn't treat their customers like this.

I currently have Osaki 2D. Should I upgrade to Titan 3D elite or 4D Encore?

Got mine today, the base came broken and cracked. Anyone have experience with what the process will be to get it fixed? Emailed support but interested if anyone else had that happen. It is the plastic part under the back of the chair that is completely smashed.
