Tbh, it's basically personal preference between the Bose and the Sony. Both will be a step or two above the Beats.

Bought the refurbished from BOSE for 143$ and received it. It looks like new one and comes with hard case. I received it after 2 days. It is very light weight but the sound quality is fantastic. I feel like every songs sound very fantastic.

I really wish these were the white color as I'd prefer to purchase from Costco due to return policy etc. I can deal with the lack of hard case as you can buy off brand versions.
