If you can't see the $35.99 price, turn off your adblocker. I had to turn off both my browser and router adblocker to get the early BF price.

Print out the label and cut off the bottom half with the RMA barcodes and put it in the box. Attach label to box and bring to a FedEx ship center.

Got order pick up from a nearby Best Buy. Bought cheap headphones from the dollar store to trade in. Really good buds for the price I must say but I'm not a music snob

My first order (black color in-store pickup) was cancelled due to PayPal payment (don't know why).
Second order was a real struggle to get the additional $10 code from chat (it seems they stopped doing it). I got the white one for $29.99 (figure cross it won't get cancelled).

Just was able to ask for $10 code. Rep on chat seems to know as he told me to put buds in cart before giving me the code. Also had about $3.xx in points so total came out to around $30.xx after tax.

I was able to get the promotion code after 5th chat.
Not sure if it helps: I have to login and put the $39.99 in cart first before chatting with the expert, otherwise they can't see the best price. And they will try to create a link for me at first, and I need to double ask them to just give me the promotion code. If they still don't know what it is, just close the tab, clear the browser history and try with another member.
