I'd assume they used these colors, since the og1987 models used pearl pink and pearl gold.
Kinda like why would you paint a og classic Chevy a Ford color?

My house is from the 50's. My bathroom is the same color pink and my livingroom had the same mustard yellow wallpaper all over it.

Got my guitar and it was obviously not new as listed. Had scratches and swirls all over the body, front and back. Reached out to CSR and they offered me 40 dollar partial refund if I kept it. They insisted it was new but I believe it was either floor model or used. Shipping and restocking will cost me 68$ if I return. Not happy with their tactics worse than guitar center.

I had an OG Kramer StageMaster that must have been one of the ones built by ESP - it's the same guitar.
