I mean, if your local store has some in stock but there's no delivery and chat had no idea what I was trying to do.

Is this a good deal or should I wait for that Simmons Titan 20 for $170 to return?

Spoke to the nearest Guitar Center store and they don't have it in stock but can place an order at that price for you

No way to order or check local stock online? might as well be checking out a mail order catalog circa 1992.

Saw this at Costco as well for the same price. It's pretty small. Kid friendly. If you're an adult, you might as well get a Yamaha DDxx.

As a 20+ year pro I recommend going for a Roland v-drums kit if you need electric. It allows you to play double bass, add cymbals, pads have multi trigger zones so crashes register at edge while ride/ping on top. I've owned a few Roland products for studio and live performance. Great quality that lasts for years.

That said, if you want to get your kids into drumming, this will cover the basics.

Yep, it's dead. The link died while I was on my way over there and then I spent just as much time as the commute trying to get away from the Guitar Center guy's attempt to upsell me.
