I'm going to say it's more so a case of apples to oranges. Seeing a lot of laptop CPU shootouts showing Lunar Lake is top of the pack for battery life in light to moderate workloads while AMD Ryzen seems to be more so of an all-rounder, decent to pretty good in the battery life department and way better for HPC workloads and gaming.
So if you're just using it for Microsoft Office and Youtube, then you really couldn't go wrong with this particular CPU. Youtube video w/ timestamp [youtu.be] for charts.
