15W wireless charging is the newer standard so 7.5W is a bit slow now.

Im currently using this. It doesn't charge full, takes plenty of time to charge the battery itself. Good for backup considering the brand and Costco warranty.

I guess everyone missed my point...nobody uses POTS telephones anymore. It was a simple dig at dude suggesting wired was the way. Sheesh.
Is your laptop wireless charging? Most everything is still wired anyway

Samsung phones don't have magsafe so you have to use a case with ring, right?
From my understanding it does not, although there is a faint magnet but that's probably for wireless charging. Definitely not enough to hold this battery. So yes you'll need to get a case w/ magnet ring.

The powerbank does charge full or doesn't charge the phone fully? I bought them awhile ago, just haven't tried them out yet. Figured it would come in handy while traveling.
It would depend, my phone's battery is over 5000mAh so it would not. Even at 4000+ with some loss (if the battery is fully 5k, you are using the phone while charging, etc) it probably would not. BTW all the folks complaining about the 7.5w wireless charging. I prefer this at a lower charging rate. With the kickstand I see this as a battery your phone is sitting on while watching a video or doing some tasks. I would rather it not get too hot from charging.

Picked this up in store last week. MagSafe connection isn't as strong(I do not use a case) as I expected. Wife's connection with case is even worse. Still wouldn't hesitate to buy again at this price with Costco warranty

How fast was the Apple OEM Magsafe battery pack? Is this Anker faster? 7.5w seems super slow.

Bought and returned. The battery has a clicking noise when working, especially in the quiet night, then this noise becomes very loud at then. I am sensitive to these kind of low or high frequencies noise. If you bought it, try to hear that.

Not all cases with magnet ring are the same. Some have a metallic ring with little or no magnetism. I have a cheap case with the ring for my s24 and a magsafe battery will not stay on it.

yeah 5000 mah will not fully charge most of the latest iphones all the way! get 10k mah or 20k mah!
If you're using the phone heavily at the same time you're probably right, but the latest iPhones all have battery capacity under 5,000 mAh so it should come pretty close to giving a full charge. Larger capacity batteries will be physically larger and not as portable for a wireless MagGo charger like this.

It's literally a 3 second Google lol

iPhone 16 Pro Max: 4,685 mAh
iPhone 16 Pro: 3,582 mAh
iPhone 16 Plus: 4,674 mAh
iPhone 16: 3,561 mAh

Capacity has stayed relatively the same while battery efficiency has increased.

I didn't think elementary schools allowed their students to have phones in class…they make an exception for you…? 😂

Anyone know if these are individual boxes which can be used as separate gifts for people?
They are not packaged individually. They're in a Costco-exclusive blister two-pack.
