$200 Win 11 touch screen laptop (12" or 13")

I got my 13" refurb Dell for $200 pre-covid thanks to SD.
But Win10 will no longer be supported in late 2025.

Looking for another $200 laptop.

As long as a Windows 10 computer is compatible with Windows 11, it should be eligible for a free upgrade. So even your old computer might be eligible. "Compatible" doesn't always mean "stable," though, especially for older systems.

You can keep an eye on the coupons page (https://www.dellrefurbished.com/coupons) for new deals. I feel like that page doesn't always have everything, though. I think I've seen coupons only posted in deal threads here or only on the actual product page and not on the coupons page.

it's april.
in 5months since i created this thread, there hasn't been a 12" or 13" windows laptop deal delivered to my email.
just lots of 14" and above.

What the heck with lack of small laptop deals?

It's now 2026 and I haven't seen any deals for 13" or smaller for Win 11 in the past 15months.
Noone likes small form laptops anymore? (i view microsoft's Surface laptop 13.8" as 14" screens)
