The 4060ti is the worst designed GPU by Nvidia this generationEven the 3060ti outperforms it in certain scenarios I have no idea of what your reasoning is
People come on this site for deals. They often come onto this site to make purchases that they otherwise may not have a lot of background knowledge in.
It's reckless and unethical to simply spout off falsities like this which may lead people into wasting their hard earned cash. Especially this time of year when many purchases are being made for children for the holidays.
If you have a preference for the 3060 ti, by all means, enjoy that preference. But don't simply lie and run the risk of misinforming honest consumers. We've grown far to accustomed to and complacent with misinformation. Just stop and enjoy your 3060 ti without adding things that don't actually exist.

Obviously the Skytech has better specs, but it also costs quite a bit more. I'm hoping for something similar to this deal here for $900, but with AMD CPU. I've got a parts list and if they drop a bit more I'll be going that route (just spend a little time building).

I got the Costco deal for the $849 RTX 4060 setup about 60 days ago. Mostly using it for 1080p GSPro golf sim. Is it worth the hassle to return that for this 4060ti?

This specific i5-14400F doesn't appear on the list of defective processors that Intel is under litigation about. Still, it's worth keeping in mind if you've shopping for a similar PC.

Thank you for this! Is there any reason to believe that the BiOS update won't resolve the problem? Was looking to get the i9 14900F desktop from Costco next week!

Are you able to play at high or ultra settings without any issues? If so, may not be worth the hassle - but Costco returns are super easy so why not?

I just bought this one for gspro at 1080p as well. And hopefully can play at 2k if not 4k down the road if I ever upgrade my projector. But if not, will be happy to upgrade GPU in a few years.

A microcode (BIOS) update probably will fix it, if the vendor of the motherboard in the box you're looking at has issued one.

Debating this vs. building one w/my 15 yo son. Key thing will be the GPU costs it feels like.

Debating returning the Walmart $499 4050 laptop and putting that towards this desktop. Don't travel very much. This will perform much better I assume?

Same boat as you- bought just for GSPro and my 90 days is up at the end of the month. I pulled the trigger on this just to future proof it a bit, plus have noticed some frame rate issues with the latest GSpro update running on ultra 1080p so figured this might help resolve that.

Appreciate the responses from you and Sfstocks. Just pulled the trigger and ordered this one and will return the other because why not.
