Your title is misleading. You should mention with att or verizon new line or new account. When I read title, it read as if i could get phone without a carrier

I updated the title but the point of the deal is to have that discounted price with activation and cancel afterwards

I assume this is the same as previous deals - activate on carrier, cancel soon as you get it, wait 60 days?

These are unlocked phones so you don't have to wait for 60 days, just use with whatever carrier when the phone arrives.

I did not buy this but got moto g play 2024 for $10 recently. I do these on an existing ATT account and I'm waiting for the refund after ATT charged in full. This is similar to what happened in the past with these carrier deals.
