Using EDU EPP...I bought the 65" for $1002.99 plus tax. Agent applied the 10% off coupon and it was my first "app" purchase so got another $50 off in the app.

I am currently talking with the chat. I just said " I've asked around and heard that chat usually has a bit more flexibility in making the price more appealing"
and the chat agent replied "yes, we have 2 discounts" and listed the free install and bezel or the 10% discount. I then asked about the $50 off mentioned in a post about using the app...and the agent said "correct, thats for your first purchase using the app"...so it may be YMMV if you used the app before.

My chat using PC:
Hello! My name is Kevin. Thank you for contacting Samsung sales support. Can I start by getting your name please?

Understood, that is correct, today we have 2 extra offers the first one its a free bezel with free installation and the second one its an extra 10% discount
12:17 PM
Visitor message sent at 12:17 PM:
okay
Visitor message sent at 12:17 PM:
awesome
12:17 PM
Operator message sent at 12:17 PM:
In order to assist you with the discount the system requires the cart directly from the data base. Once you open the link the discount will appear automatically on your end
Operator message sent at 12:18 PM:
Yes! they are really great offers
Operator message sent at 12:18 PM:
May I know if you would be interested in getting one of this extra discounts on your purchase?
12:18 PM
Visitor message sent at 12:18 PM:
i'm trying to figure which one is more appealing
Visitor message sent at 12:19 PM:
I like the 10% for I do not need help with the installation...but the bezel would be really nice to have
12:19 PM
Operator message sent at 12:19 PM:
Noted, in this case unfortunately the free bezel its not stackable with the 10% discount
12:19 PM
Visitor message sent at 12:20 PM:
what is the return policy if not opened?
Visitor message sent at 12:20 PM:
(of the TV)
12:20 PM
Operator message sent at 12:21 PM:
Noted, in this case if the box its opened you will also have 15 days to return it starting on the day that you receive your purchase
12:21 PM
Visitor message sent at 12:21 PM:
Lastly, I heard there was maybe some benefit to going through the Samsung App for an additional $50 off
Visitor message sent at 12:22 PM:
are you aware of any benefit through the app?
12:22 PM
Operator message sent at 12:23 PM:
Understood, that is correct, the $50 discount its for the first purchase on the app and it should appear automatically at the checkout
12:23 PM
Visitor message sent at 12:23 PM:
okay, is there a way to move this conversation to the app?
Visitor message sent at 12:23 PM:
i have started a chat witht he app...but it seemed to have just stopped
Visitor message sent at 12:24 PM:
i'd be interested in the 10% off
12:24 PM
Operator message sent at 12:24 PM:
In this case I can send you the link on this conversation, then you can open the link from your email and it will redirect you to the app

I own a 55" frame and don't appreciate it for it's video quality. I had an OLED/QLED prior to it and the quality of watching TV was much higher. The TV performs like a $350 TV. There is backlight bleeding on the corners and four spots in the middle which makes black screens not true black. The bezels (aka picture frames) that look the nicest cost up to $600. The price in my opinion is not worth it.
The benefit of the Samsung Frame is that it is the only TV with a built in art mode that halfway looks like a painting. I think it works best in a tastefully designed room where the TV is wall mounted with cables hidden behind the wall with additional real paintings or pictures adjoining it.

I'm not getting the price you posted — is there a portal or something? I have EPP with an EDU address but only got this for the 75" $1,619.99

I am seeing these prices only with EPP work account. EDU prices are bit higher.

Also seeing 1619.99 for the 75" BUT if you talk to the chat, they can give you 10 percent off so its 1,457 but no free bezel or installation.

For anyone curious, I purchased through the Samsung app and got another 50 dollars off so the total price for my 65" (no free bezel or installation) was 1002.99

Do you just ask for free bezel and install? Who does the installation?

This is odd. I went to my Samsung app to check out and it automatically added another $50 off to bring the price down to $989. However, on my desktop, it would not budge from $1299.

Oh well. I checked out with tax and CA recycling fee for $1090. Pretty solid deal for a 65" Frame.

Thoughts on if its worth the extra money $1299 for 65" to purchase through costco for the concierge service and 5 year warranty should there be any issues? Or just go through samsung chat and buy direct

I'm seeing "Trade-in Recycling Program: Trade in and save up to $200 on select 55"+ Class TVs.S" at the top.

Looks like $50 credit toward a 55" Frame TV.

I don't see anywhere in the T&C where it eliminates broken TVs, since it's a recycling program, does anyone else?

Is screen burn-in not a thing for this tv, seeing as how some may have the same art displayed the entire day?

Also, why is there no love for this deal vs the Beach camera/Walmart deal on 11/18.

It's not an OLED panel, so no burn-in concerns. And guessing less love because EPP may be less accessible to people vs Walmart?

Why do a Lot of comments say at don't use this is "primary tv"? We have had the 65" one and been pretty happy with the quality - but not much to compare to. Seeing all the choices, hard to know what's "good"
