I have the 1200J
Been using it almost a year. There are two complaints I have about it.
#1- There is a power button it, and its default status is off, lose power, or unplug it, you have to remember to push the button back on, not a big deal, but has caught me off guard a couple times.
#2- The worst part about this is the USB power will drop for a moment when you connect another USB device. For example, I have my tablet connected and I am charging it with one of the type C ports, and then I plug in something in the USB A it will drop all power from the tablet, and then the tablet will pop the screen like I just plugged it in. In this instance its an annoyance, however I did have a desk apple carplay setup, and that has been awesome, however it runs on USB, and doesn't have a battery, so it would fully kill power to it, and then reboot. Just because I connected something to a different port. That alone makes me not want to do this one again.
Anything with a plug-in outlet is going to be 120v only. The weird thing is that the non-outlut stuff sometimes is 120v-240v, which would exclude 100v for travel.
I got a similar product listed here in February. It stopped working after about a few months. Also, it always stays pretty warm, even when nothing is plugged in. Maybe I was unlucky, but I wouldn't recommend their products.
Anyone aware of any small dock station out there? I have a dell work station laptop. But the 180 W dock station and its power supply is very heavy to carry around.
My son's power bank automatically burned it up and his whole dom was evacuated. I bought the device on Amazon and saw several recall emails on my burner account after the incident. What a nightmare he has been through. Never this brand again.

Same here. Stopped working after a few months. Dont buy this brand.
These are garbage. I've received several of these from the Amazon review program. They don't charge to spec, and they randomly shut off. Additionally, I have zero confidence in their 1200J rated surge protection.
Never trust Amazon or similar retailer user reviews. That's like online shopping 101
I agree. I don't trust some of the reviews on Amazon, except for the ones from the Vine program. That's where Amazon picks random people who often write reviews and gives them free products to try out and review. These folks usually write detailed and pretty fair reviews because they care more about their reputation than the free stuff.
