does this work with roblox and mimecraft? and xbox 360? looking to get this for a 10 year old. thta all he plays for now.
this or the 7" asus?
This! By a long shot. You can take off the controllers if it's too big and use use one controller as a mouse which comes handy with the game you mentioned and also first person shooters for example. But if you can get the extreme Asus for $310 like I did (best buy - used) that might be a better deal
He said he just priced matched at ~3am. I was asking how he was able to do that in the middle of the night when chat is only open 9am-10pm. I also bought the 1TB at $600.
The best case case/bag for this the tomtoc is on sale right now at amazon

First Time posting. Let me know if I need to add .
Did the staff snatch the deal posting from you!?
I've had it happen before. You search for a deal to make sure it's not posted and see nothing. Once you post it you find a staff member has snatched it. They then post your deal without any credits and use your post as a first comment.
Pretty lame if that did happen.
I think they do it so they can brag at their next virtual meeting. They're all trying to be the next Iconian (respect)

That's not what happened at all.
kylelpalmer's post was at "Today at 02:19 AM," the staff's "snatched" post was "Created Yesterday at 01:49 AM by Bojjihuntindeals | Staff" (see above)
So unless staff has a time machine I'm pretty sure kylelpalmer's later submission was an accidental duplicate. We've all had that happen...no conspiracy.

Best Buy now has the Lenovo Legion Go on Sale for Black Friday.
I bought the ROG z1 extreme 500gb a few days ago despite the things i heard about the sd card slot. I bought a 1 TB drive i planned to install into it and some heat resistant thermal tape i planned to put over the internals for the SD card reader.
I returned all this and purchased the go with 1TB. Same performance, bigger screen and saves me a lot of trouble. I get some piece of mind about the SD card which i intend to use and after its all said and done its around the same price.
Plus i heard the GO got some key software updates, FSR, and frame generation.
I picked up a 1TB good condition open box for 470 + tax. I considered the Ally 7 ($320 open box), but the XG Mobile connector turned me off for EGPU upgrades, limited and overpriced. The Ally X is nice (best in terms of specs imo) and my preferred ergonomics but it's just too expensive for my liking. The Legion Go has USB4 which supports EGPU; I've tried it and it works well.
My eldest specifically wants the OLED Steam Deck. I was trying to sway him towards the Legion Go even before this sale. I'm going to try again.... 1TB for $100 less than than the 1TB Steam Deck Oled (SDO), and same price as the 512GB SDO
I used one of these for a couple weeks and just returned it to hopefully grab a steam deck on sale next week.
Awful battery life, way too heavy to hold, speakers may as well not be there with how flat they sound, and the device whined really bad when the fans ramped up. Also, I noted that any time I had to hold it up with one hand to grab a drink or something, the detachable controls had me feeling like it was going to snap.
I also vastly prefer the smaller oled screen on my wife's SDO.

Thank you very much for your reply. I really appreciate it!
I've no first hand experience (obviously) so your comment is extremely helpful.

Ive had the exact opposite experience. Battery life is bad on all these devices other than the new Ally X. Steam deck and LeGo have almost the same play time. The detachable controllers are very solid and I was actually suprised by the speakers with how immersive they can make gaming on it. It all comes down to preference really. I have a steam deck and the LeGo and 9 time out of 10 im playing on the LeGo, mostly because the screen is just so much better.

Not Xbox 360 as that as this is literally just a Windows PC
