Intel's really trying to find a spot in my home this year.

This has one of the best IPS display on the planet. Check reviews of notebookcheck and Dave2D. Almost on par with OLED panels. For me personally, IPS with this accuracy and DC dimming is better since it will not be a strain on my eyes with PWM flickering.

Wow already heavily discounted when it's been barley introduced must mean people already see this as a failure. /s
This is to compete Qualcomm snapdragon laptops.

I was convinced to go with x elite/plus laptops when compared to intel ones for normal use. We are getting them for $550 with much more feature set and 23 hrs of battery life.

See intel ultra 7 series 1 are giving 11 hrs of battery life, series 2 is giving around 20 hrs but quite expensive than competing product.

Some of the reviews I watched said it's a superb one and recommended it over some OLEDs

Picked one of these up at a Best Buy here tonight.........

THE SCREEN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I want to wager a guess that Lenovo got a deal on the MacBook Pro screens Apple uses, the colors and text are the best I've ever seen in a laptop. At this price point it just feels stupid...

Jury is out on whether this CPU can handle my life, going to find out here shortly, about to plug it into an Ark 2.

So far the build quality, fit and finish, and keyboard/touchpad/screen quality of this laptop is the best I've ever had bar none, tied w/ MacBook Pros. $999 is so gd stupid

Hi, I bought this laptop last month in the 32GB variant (258V) ; feel free to ask me any questions. I daily drive this thing and it works so wonderfully. Also own a Snapdragon laptop and would pick the Lunar Lake variant any day of the week!

This is an exceptional laptop with really only one flaw, the subpar webcam. I have the 32GB version directly from Lenovo and it has excellent build quality, the IPS screen looks like an OLED w/out the worries about burn-in, it runs light-medium workloads well, good battery life 12+ hours of all day use, good speakers, keyboard and trackpad. It's expensive compared to a Snapdragon, but has no compatibility problems, can play light-medium PC games, and will probably be a 6+ year laptop for me, so well worth it.

I have this laptop. Ask me anything.

I will echo Kaihekoa's review on this laptop.

I will also say the speakers are really amazing. At first I thought they were "good", but after using the EQ they are amazing.

16 GB is enough for now but I want to keep the laptop for 5 years. 32 GB is a must for future proofing.

I do wish there was some reasonable discount on the 32GB. I'm sitting at 15GB allocated on the desktop right now without much beyond the typical 30+ Firefox tabs I have open

Is there anything that can be done to reduce the glare? I looked at the Best Buy display unit and it's really reflective. Other than that, and the webcam, it looks like a great laptop.
