I've accumulated over $900 in my Apple account due to trade ins and gift card deals. It's ballooned that much because I rarely buy anything from Apple due to being able to get anything I want cheaper elsewhere (Best Buy, target etc.). Do not know what I'm gonna do with all the credits at this point but i guess I'll have to make a major purchase to get rid of it.
