If so, then will they be able to issue an Apple GC reward against buying a product with an Apple GC?

Wanting to purchase MacBook Pro M4. Any deals anywhere on this or is it better to wait? New to Apple so want to save anything I can moving over to this for my entire work space setup, laptop, monitor, etc.

Nobody does math like that and not even the worst retailers do anything like this in fact I've never heard of it happening. Cancelling the reward you earn from your purchase just because you didn't pay cash or use a credit card makes no sense. As I have said before, load all your current apple gcs into your Apple ID balance (bucket) and then use your balance to make an apple product purchase and no one can accuse you of using a gift card to buy the product.

Do we know what the GC values for MacBook airs will be? I was thinking flat $200 for a sec and then realized it says "up to" $200. $200 on base m2 would handily beat current Amazon/bb sales by using 15% off GCs, not as much if it ends up being tiered from $100- depending on specs.

edit: nm, saw the post on the actual values. 150/175 for 13in m2/m3 is still pretty good.
