I bought one two weeks ago and already used it for flight. The 20" is ok, but the tote is very poor quality. Extreme thin material on the tote.
The USB port on 20" has both USBC and USBA. It includes a USB A to C cable where USB c port is expected to plug in the luggage. If you replace that cable with USBC to C, then you can use power Bank which only has USB C port.
The cup holder is not that great, but good for small cups. It can hold big cup, but that worries me since the plastic is thin.
