We'll see if they prorate for the "bill" that would come in March, and would be paid in April.
Got my next bill today, received my prorated refund deducted from my current bill.
I have cell service with them so there was a future bill to credit. Not sure how that will work if all you have was this internet and no bill to add the prorated credit to.

UPDATE1: I got a second "final" (revised) bill for -$44 balance 4/29. I called 1-844-839-5057 and the rep was confused as to why I hadn't received a refund already, but after checking with a sup, was able to create a request for a prepaid card with overpayment to be mailed to me "within 7-10 business days."
Had a similar scenario with Verizon Wireless recently and they automatically emailed me about sending the prepaid card after 1 month. Apparently with T-mobile, you may have to call if they owe you money.
UPDATE 2: Received the overpayment/refund as a prepaid card 5/10/2025. It's a Sunrise/Mypaymentvault card so allows transfer to a bank account, same as cash.
