1. Once you receive your Home Internet Gateway device, go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/within 30 days of activation and enter all required information including your T-Mobile ID and password to log in.
2. Select the phone number from the drop-down for this promotion.
* Home Internet only accounts – Your billing phone number can be found on your bill under "Connected Devices."
3. Enter all required information, including:
* Transaction date
* The channel of your transaction – T-Mobile.com
* Your transaction type – Internet Router
4. Select the promotion you would like to redeem based on the list you are eligible for. Remember, you can only submit for ONE promotion per line!
5. Once selected, finish the redemption process by hitting Continue on the terms & conditions page.
If you previously received a promo on the 5G home internet service ($200/$150 ones from 1-3 months ago) are you eligible for this $300 deal if you sign up for another service? I still have the original home internet service, and could use another service for my other home

Also confusing that they ask for your phone number in contact info after wanting your Internet line number that it applies to.
Either way I hope it goes though. If they still offer $10/mo "backup" plan I would consider switching to it after the required 2 months is up. Otherwise they probably get the box back.
UPDATE: It is powered by a wall adapter that plugs into a regular electrical wall outlet. (No rechargeable battery.)
Promo ends 1/2 I think it showed on the form.
