Just returned our gateway this am. After a big outage earlier this week, this AM we woke to no internet. Tmo pushed an update to our gateway and bricked it. Our billing cycle starts on the 20th. Today is the 21st, they said they will cancel it next bill cycle - $46.45/mo for a service that barely worked and now I owe an extra month for a service I can't even use. Before the outage and before they bricked our gateway, it was pretty rough to use it. We could see speeds in the 70mpbs range at most, but it would drop and doing a zoom call across it was not feasible.

Did this last year for a free 43" Fire TV and fought them for 6 months and never got the TV rebate I followed all rules on. Be careful

A 4 series 43" is more of the "current" model, while they still sell the 2 series for ~80$ less at 150$. Just a general idea on value / recency of what you are getting.

How soon it tracked in C1S ?
I don't see a T-Mobile offer it in Capital One Shopping. I only see it in Capital One Offers. Do/did you have an offer in your C1S?

You have to click through the link and wait for an hr or so. It will bump up the cashback to 250

Me too. Package delivered Monday. I have not even activated it yet. Today, I saw the bill of $60. I have autopay setup and expected the bill to be $55. Regardless, I thought our account is post-paid. This looks like prepaid to me. The pay period for this service is from December to January.
I wonder why one of you was charged $55 and the other, $60? Different plans?

Thanks for the reply. What link? On which of the two sites? I don't have any T-Mobile offers in Capital One Shopping - none - so there is nothing that I could click and then wait for an hour on the Capital One Shopping site.

I do have an offer ($140 cashback) in Capital One Offers (in my Capital One credit card account).

I tried 8-10 times last night to sign up through the Capital One Offer. Every attempt resulted in "Sorry, something went wrong on our end" with a telephone number to call. I never could complete the order.

Usually I just go to the website I am planning to order (in this case it will be Tmobile Internet page) and run the c1s extension . I will close the website then after few hours if I goto C1S website it will show bumped up cashback under products you interested

A month back my location was showing T-mobile availble and now it is not.. Why??
They only allow areas with enough excess capacity. Likely more people signed up in your area so they closed it. You could check if Business Internet is available, sometimes they'll leave it open a bit more. It's $60/month without a phone line, but allows you to use another cellular modem without modifying it, if you need/want, i think you need to ask to remove the content filter. I think it has the rebate too. If you need service and nothing available, no rebate, but you could look at Calyx which is also on T-Mobile.

When T-Mobile first came in to the area a couple years ago, home Internet wasn't available for a few months, right after they turned on service. Then they had it open for about a month, then closed several months, now it's back open. So, keep checking.

Common for some rural providers to shut down subscriptions based on capacity. Satellite in my area was for years, years ago. Nobody that wasn't already signed up had access to new service.

Really? Whenever I've cancelled a service with T-Mobile cell and home Internet, they've always prorated to the day of cancellation

I pinned the C1S extension icon to the Chrome toolbar and then the offer appeared almost immediately.
