My Walmart store had no clue of these promos? Talk to the cellphone guys and they told me there are no promos for ATT. (They probably don't know yet.) Lol so I recommend to do it online vs doing it in store. I will save you so much time.
store promo only starts 29th, why would you go an ask some deal which is not even live in-store?

One of the documents under Account->Bill->Documents will have the activation date

*** How to pay off with credit card ***
Establish a Verizon account
Go to Account, Bill, Payment methods
Add a credit card
From a NON Verizon phone, call 800-837-4966
Enter the phone number for the line you want to pay off
Tell the robo attendant "pay off device"
Robo attendant will confirm the payoff amount and if you would like to process on credit card ending in xxxx (what you have on file)
* Say yes, and that's it.
Thank you for the guidance. It does not let me pay off using robo attendant on the phone. It says you have to do it digitally. Using the Verizon assistant it says you can't pay off device until Dec 22nd. Anyone else seeing this?

Just wanted to give everyone's a heads up that at&t's trade in offer is more than Walmart's when it comes to $830 vs $700 trade in offer for iPhone 16 pro or pro max.

I've read the terms and conditions for att trade in offer value. For example:
Trading in an iphone 12 pro max for a 16 pro max would give you $830 where as Walmart is only offering $700.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
Here's the trade in offer details for both of them:

Make sure you call the Verizon number in the wiki from a non Verizon phone and non Verizon mvno phone as well. If it asks if you are calling about the current line then it won't work. It should not recognize the line you are calling about and ask the number you want to access. Also make sure when you log in to my Verizon you see your device with the appropriate payoff amount. If you don't see that it won't let you payoff either.

The only way you can waive the fee is by purchasing through sam's or Costco.

I bought the Verizon iphone 15p, the device was shipped, expected delivery by 11/27, created myVerizon account link to this number, followed the steps for pay off but the robo call did not allow me to pay off this time. I did pay off no problem for Iphone 14 deal recently same way. Anyone tried pay off successfully for this deal?

For Verizon if you cancel service within 3 days of activation (of the line), you can request them to remove the activation fee.

This whole process is MISLEADING. The posting says $500 GC, but when you go through the Walmart link, they only give you $300 GC. Also, there's no where to add trade-in!

I have not activated the phone as it is transit. But on website it does show line is activated. I called into the 18008374966 no. I had asked for "payoff device" it said you can do it digitally but didn't not process device payment there

It says "Up to"

Certain models get more than others.
