Those tend to have a smaller metal grip on them that is good for getting into tight spaces.
The giant plastic grip on this one is made for spending long periods working at a desk as a budget version of a Foredom tool.
Dremel I bought with a flexible shaft included among the accessories cost roughly $40, I wish the plastic box it came in sucked less other than that meets expectations.
