I used the PayPal 5% offer and paid with my Amex using the PayPal checkout.

So many arguments that this would not trigger the Amex offer by going through PayPal checkout, but my Amex pending charge says 'Best Buy'.

We'll see if the offer triggers.

Don't see a limit on these.

Make sure to add the Best Buy offer on PayPal offers and then checkout with PayPal with a chase freedom card (assuming you haven't maxed that out. As a reminder, you will need to re-add the PayPal offer before each purchase.

max 3 per order but best buy has a tendency to arbitrarily flag and cancel as they see fit so it could be 1 for one account or 20 on another.
