That's impossible, how can I mail it and have them receive it the next day? They should have an expiration date at least a week or two away, so that I can first receive and activate the new Pixel 9, copy stuff over (if needed), delete all my personal info from the Pixel 6 ("You will remove all Device data and personal information, passwords, security software, or user locks."), then ship it to them and leave time for shipping carrier to get it to them.
So I reluctantly backed out at the final step.
What's next?
Once that cool new device is in your hands, get started on these important next steps.
Trade in your old device
Once your new Pixel 9 Pro ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Google GVU6C Pixel 7 5G 128GB White - T-Mobile in good condition to retain your promotional value of $800.00.

He looked up the promo, I gave him a IMEI off an IMEI generator (planning to buy an S9 off eBay later on), and directed me to apply for the promo online.
Only paid tax ($56), no $35 fee. Planning to go back in tomorrow for 1 or 2 more.
$800 promo value for the S9 - ONE Plan.
Should receive the GC within 90 days
I'm using one of the listed $400 phones right now, so if I trade-in that phone, this will result in 2 things:
1) I will need to pay $400 out of pocket to compensate the difference between Pixel 9 full price at $800, and
2) The $400 credit I get in return over time locks me into a 2 year agreement, unless I wish to pay the remaining balance if I leave Tmobile prematurely?
TIA!
on that page, there will be a document containing the trade-in info
edit: oh, i see the info in my confirmation email as well (at the bottom)

Once your new Pixel 9 ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Samsung SM-G990U Galaxy S21 Fan Edition 5G 128GB Grey - T-Mobile in good condition to retain your promotional value of $799.99."
1. No document containing the trade-in info on my "T-Mobile order documents" page, and
2. on my confirmation email (at the bottom), it states only the following:
"Once your new Pixel9ProXL-Obsidian-256GB ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Google GQML3 Pixel 7 5G 256GB Black - Generic in good condition to receive a one-time bill credit of $110.00."
Any way I can confirm whether or not the rep screwed things up? And, assuming he screwed up things, what is my recourse: Cancel the order and re-order? Wait for delivery (which will likely be after promo expires), and return? Something else?

Check youTMobile Document under Trade in Terms. It will show your IMEI # and the promotional offer value of $800. If not contact the TMobile # for assistance.

So I have s22 to trade off will Sam's club t-mobile honor the promotion on app and give additional $75 gift card?
$126.78 for a Samsung Galaxy S9 shipped for me
Sort of an odd deal because it really doesn't really incentivize bringing in new customers. The deal rewards folks who have been with T mobile for a while who have inexpensive old plans. But unlimited plans have dropped in price, so as far as I can tell, those plans aren't as good of deal as they once were. May be a strategy to hang on to their customers and not have them defect to an MVNO.
Any store that sells plans/phones for multiple wireless carriers wouldn't be considered a T-Mobile corporate store.

Per my Tmobile account, I only have the following documents available:
EIP Disclosure;
eSignature Terms & Conditions
Financial Privacy Policy
Audit Log
I could not find "Trade In Terms" in ANY of those documents! Very frustrating!
Edit: What is crazy is when I go into my Tmobile account, for the line of service for which the Upgrade and this offer was already done, that same offer and Upgrade still shows itself to be available! I really hope I wasn't bamboozled by the Tmobile Costco rep!
