When Digital Only, that storefront has full control of market price. They're charging you more for convenience and because outside of purchasing psn gift cards you have no options. Digital only consoles are not pro-consumer.

Yep. The disc is your "license", so it has to be in the console. The $10 upgrade is really just a fee to unlock the better graphics and features like haptics and adaptive triggers.
