I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

nope. I ended up calling 611, the promo wasnt applied, despite me ordering it from the t-life/tmobile app and had all promos and receipt indicating it.

They said there was a glitch because i ordered it after the promo had already ended, but i remember it said they extended it here. And again clearly showed I got the promo on the app and receipt.

They fixed it, but now the 2 months I paid an 40 instead of $8 will just be given back on the back end of the 2 years.
