$200 for upgrade from 6 pro to 9 pro. I have simple 55 plan. Super amazing deal. Only works online. Cant use Costco FYI. Good luck

Just in case anyone else is confused, the options in the lineup are:
Pixel 9
Pixel 9 Pro (difference between 9 and 9 Pro here [reddit.com])
Pixel 9 Pro XL (the Pro but with larger screen)
With an $800 trade in value cost for me was:

it a very good deal b/c I have been using T-Mobile for the past 9 years and still need 2 more years until it can be unlocked...
it has been my first contract phone for a very long long time. For most phones I have it unlock a phone
good buy for this time of years
