FB T-force was a Go! (I'm on the One plan, and the suggested screenshot of my cart totally helped!)

Reviewing your order and your account, I can confirm that we do have that promotion going on however the buds would have been needed to be added at the same time as the order. I do not have the access to go in and add the buds however, the option available right now would be to wait until you get the Pixel, once you get the pixel let us know and we would then be able to send you a return label for the device and then you may return it to us and place a new order with the buds attached. Would this be something you would want to do? Let me know if this make sense.
