I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

Unfortunately I'm on One plan and now it is showing only $500 trade in discount for my iPhone 13 (earlier it was $800). I'm still on phone with the support, demanding to speak to a manager to honor the deal (even if I don't get the buds it would be fine).

Mine was cancelled. The rep told me to re-order on T-Life or onilne and they will include the promos after I place the order. I foresee billing errors happening that will take 2-4 cycles to correct.

Is anyone else seeing a LONG delay in getting a response or acceptance after shipping their trade-in to TMob? My phone has been there for 18 days now (per the UPS tracking receipt showing delivery), and not a single acknowledgment yet.

For folks whose order got cancelled, did you order the white pixel 9 pro xl? I wonder if they are not able to get them as they now show OOS and can't be ordered.

My cancelled order was for a white phone. The rep hypothesized the system error occurred because the buds are out of stock.

Go5g Plus always got the high trade in value.

This deal was for older plans like Magenta/One/Simple Choice, now it's back to $500 off. Hopefully they correct the issue for older plans.

Two of my orders of the Pixel 9 Pro XL with free Pixel Buds were canceled without any notification. Called T-Mobile and the rep said it's someone from the warehouse who cancelled it. Can't be reordered with the same deal

The tmobile agent also said something similar that I can't reorder with the same deal. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with them trying to escalate the problem, in the end she gave up and asked me to reorder both phones and earbuds from the app and they'll manually add the trade in promotions after I receive the device. It was a long frustrating conversation but I guess it worked out. I'll update after I receive the phone and the promotion sorted out. Fingers crossed!

WTH, a rep helped me replaced another order with buds and trying to inject the trade-in promo manually. After i signed all the doc, and 10mins later the order is again Cancelled. think i'm going to give up and return my trade-in phone, lucky i got it on amazon.

Thanks, I just called again, and the rep told me to go online and reorder two Pixel 9 Pro XLs without the free Pixel Buds. She was able to increase the trade-in offer to $800.
