You can get refurbs of those for around $100 with 16GB RAM and a 240ish GB SSD, and Win10 pro. I've been using mine for about 4 years at this point.
That said, MS is killing off Win10 next year, and these won't officially support 11, so if an out of date OS concerns you, you will need to find an alternative. Peacock is the one streaming service that appears to outright ban Linux desktops. I've read that it might work on ChromeOS Flex, but haven't tested that myself. Given Google's stance on ad blockers, it might be a challenge to get an ad blocker working on the Chrome browser there.
I previously had a Peacock account with my email, so I was unable to create a new account with that email address to take advantage of the deal as linked. However, when logging in under my old account I was offered the $19.99 annual renewal deal. So for anyone who had an expired account, you can still get the $20 annual pricing.
Now I do wish I would have seen the 30% Sam Club cash back before renewing...
