Impossible to return for local warranty swap out. Better to go with Craftsman, HF, Husky or Kobalt.

This does look appealing (looking for a set for my son). I'd trust the Husky brand over the wal-mart cheapest chinesim ones.

$100 is a pretty standard sale price for these "starter mechanic kits." Craftsman, DeWalt, Kobalt, and Husky I think have all had them. Probably can't go wrong with any of them as they all are decent brands with real warranties, but I wouldn't be surprised if you see a couple of them drop to the ~$80 range this week. I got a DeWalt one that has been posted for ~$65 here a couple of times.
