I've been using these exact speakers on my deck for probably 7 years or better now... and they've held up great. They're under a small overhang, but... if I wiped them down with a wet paper towel, I bet people would be hard pressed to know they've been outdoors as long as they have been. Sound quality is solid for what you get at this price (I would never pay MSRP on them) and they make for nice dinner music when we eat outdoors when the weather is nice.
