If this is the same model as last year, it's junk based on a sample size of one. You had to hold the marshmallow nearly touching the burner (it helped to remove the top protective cover), and it still took several minutes to warm up the marshmallow. Trying to get any browning of the marshmallow took even longer.

This was not my experience at all. You turn it on and wait 10 min (IIRC) to warm up then the marshmallows toast quickly

Maybe we had a lemon version, or they made changes from last year. We had about 20 people use it over 2 hours (so it had plenty of time to heat up). Most people gave up before getting appropriate browning.
