Great price! I have the costco one and love to keep it in my car. It folds so neatly and compactly that I can store it under a seat and have it available for impromptu park visits or when it's chillier than expected at a kid soccer game. I could see where it wouldn't be useful for everyone depending on lifestyle, though!

I got a similar blue one and threw it in my car too. We used it once. It folds up nicely and it gets cold where I am, so I like having spare blankets just in case of an emergency.

Bought it for I think $10 before covid.

review: i feel it is too thin, returning it
one side (bottom) seems waterproof
but the top one seems threads/sponge will come off after 2-3 times use.
and it will attract more dust/sand and difficult to clean due to its texture.

Quote from SKV4m :
I have two of these stupid picnic blankets branded by pendleton that I bought from Costco for $8. I never used them.
The Pendleton ones are much nicer as well. I have two and use them all the time. This one looks like it will be in the trash after a few useable
