We have found that this company (below link) usually has something that is compatible. And the battery lifespan tends to last much much longer than the original one and are very high quality. We use them for CyberPower ones as well
Whatever you do, don't buy Mighty Max batteries from Amazon, they truly don't last

This product is specified as "non-user replaceable battery) but this is not true. It's just that it's not super cost-effective combined with only "1-year" warranty on battery replacements vs. 3-year warranty on new units. So Schneider Electric (the manufacturer) recommends trashing the whole unit.
HOWEVER, you can easily find battery replacements online and some are quite good.
Cost is $20-30 for a battery. I consider that cost effective.
Replacement/installation requires a long, Philips-head screwdriver. That's all.

I replaced the battery with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BPCUXO/
it's a direct fit. the oem battery is just an 6Ah battery with F1 terminals.
Wow Inflation..

anything better, or are we stuck?

Here is an example replacement battery for the APC BGE70/90M (not the one from this deal, this is for those smaller white APC units which are used for small networking equipment)

The one I linked to is for the BGE70/90M, just as an example. The white models meant for networking equipment. The OEM battery per APC is 6aH, the UPSBatteryCenter replacement is actually 6.5AH.
Again I don't want to sound insulting, but I don't think you are reading things properly, or you aren't actually scrolling through the product pages for the specs. It clearly states the specs for all to see if you click on the battery you want. If you have any questions, shoot them an email and they will confirm whatever specs you need clarification on. They are extremely helpful and based in New York.
