You really overpaid for that first monitor.... about $551 too much.
I got one of the quantum dot lcd models specifically for coding work and I really enjoy it. I almost always just treat it as 2 separate monitors but some IDEs never seem to have enough space (Looking at you Visual Studio) and I can make use of the entire monitor occasionally. Really nice if you do any web dev you can have VScode or whatever on one half, then split the other half between a page preview and some kind of debug console.

I bought a $49 ultrawide for $600. Thinking of returning that for an $800 oled.

I spoke to Samsung support and they were able to get me a 5% code.

I need second monitor. Is this one good for coding? Never experience ultrawide for coding. Also, how is the text of oled vs 4k (ultrafine) if anyone knows. Thanks

Real good, I'm crying by my G95SC, but the type-c here still seems to be useless.

What is the difference between this Odyssey G9 and some of the other versions like G95SC? Is it mainly just the refresh rate being 144 instead of 240?

I believe there's 3 versions. This one is 144hz. There's another 240hz with no smart function and a 240hz with smart function
