Anyone know if Samsung will finally release a DisplayPort 2.0/2.1 monitor? This is still DP1.4, and while its an amazing display (I got my G9 OLED in June 2023), it's been 2 years and they still haven't released an updated monitor with a new input that doesn't require DSC.

These ever going to hit $526 again? While $800 is a great price for a 49" UW, it's 50% more than I paid for the last one from their EPP deal.

probably not for a while. this is the lowest the price has been outside a price mistake in a couple of years I think, and with all the tariffs and inflation it's possible prices are ever going back to what they were
