At our Target it says 30% off tag on the quest 3. I think it's supposed to say get 30% off the elite strap if you buy the headset but it doesn't say that. We showed the electronics guy and he took 30% off the headset without any problem

When I do a google search for "Meta Quest 3 Target" I see a tile that shows the Meta Quest 3 for $349.99 (30% off) off but when I click on it the price on Target's website shows $499.99

Thank you to the OP. Just went to my store, but no luck. No 30% off sticker. I showed them the google search page with the $349 price, but they wouldn't match it.
