Why is it so hard for them to make the desks go lower?
(23-24 inch height)
Only few do that and they are all so expensive.

It's the dual motors and by extension more complex legs. Monoprice has a 2 motor frame for $195 right now and $300 normally. You can order a desk top from them but the shipping is relatively high so you might be better off getting a desk top locally.
