Yeah, I wouldn't touch these. Only buy new 13th and 14th gen CPUs. Once one of these chips is voltage damaged, there is no recovery. If you buy new and flash the BIOS immediately to the latest, then there is nothing to worry about.

I think the 700 series were never having issues.
