Perfectly fine for a fridge. Not sure if 30ms is quick enough for your router/modem. It all depends on how sensitive that router/modem is and how long the AC/DC adapter for the router/modem can maintain a steady voltage with its on board capacitors.

I have this unit and tested it with both my modem/router and my pc. It is fast enough 7 out of 10 times. Granted my PC has an overkill of a PSU (1000 watt, normal draw at idle is about 60 watts).

Is the one for $699 that says +220W the one you have to purchase to get the solar panel? At that point/cost is it worth it?

Jackery is quieter and a bit lighter, and has two solar charge ports instead of one.

Delta 2 has an 1800w inverter instead of 1500, is expandable to 2kwh total, and has two 100w USB C ports instead of one.
how much solar can this take? I bought the 2X UGreen 200W panels

1 input of 500w. Max 15 amps, max 60 volts. That being said, I have some used house panels leaning against my garage that are 390watts , 48 volts, and 9.97 amps each, wired in parallel and haven't had any issues. 780 watts, 48 volts, 19.94 amps. Just don't go over voltage.

I believe Ecoflow stuff is too slow to work as UPS for PC. Pecron on the other hand, advertises their batteries as UPS and claims their switching is only 10ms. https://www.pecron.com/products/p...00w-1536wh

EDIT: I see they have a killer sale on their 2kw model but I don't see them advertise it anywhere as UPS capable like their 1.5kw model. https://slickdeals.net/f/17900298-pecron-e2000lfp-power-station-711?src=rcm_category_h

Might be too slow. The Delta 3 plus has sub 10ms switchover time, but costs at least several hundred dollars more.

Not this one. You have to get one that has a 20ms or less response time if you want to make sure it doesn't reboot.

I just bit on the Bluetti AC180P deal for $489 (1440wh) I would not mind $100 more for 414wh more capacity. This is pretty tempting for a 1024wh for $371.... Wish Jackery would bring back the 1000v2 (1070wh) for $349, might consider another purchase for something else. I might actually wait for actual BF to see if there are any lower prices on Eco or Jackery, maybe Cyber Monday.

I think it depends. Some electronics are much more sensitive to outages than others. Hard to make a 1-statement fits all here. Some electronics has capacity that retains power-- enough to survive very very brief sub-1s outages, but not every one can.

I had a faster than eye blink power outage once. Many of my computers who were not on UPS were going through reboots. Miraculously, other devices without UPS didn't have any issues. I suspect [my hypothesis] they weren't drawing a lot of power, AND their power supply had capacitors that stored just enough juice to maintain power to the unit to survive these really brief outages.

I recommend if you're doing any production-grade work where outages is going to really hurt you, get a real UPS. Then plug that into something like this. UPS lets your devices survive the 30ms, when power goes off. Then this powerbank provides power when there is no power from the wall/grid.

I think even my older APC UPS is 2ms. Many UPS are from 0-8ms. So even 10ms could be kinda long for some devices.

It's actually 3 kwh total. This is compatible with the delta 2 max extra battery.
Exactly. Waiting on a decent price on the 2kw battery. Have 2 delta 2s and one extra 1kw battery. They are awesome in a power outage. Of course I intermittently run a generator as well. But you need that generator way less with a decent solar unit
